Cancellation policy; 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment will result in a late fee. Anything past 10/15 minutes is a cancellation. No-call no-show will be charged a full fee of the scheduled service. I charge a 35% cancellation fee for any cancellations under 24 hours without notice. This fee will NOT go towards your next appointment. - I keep card on file for all clients to enforce my no-show policy. Your personal information is confidential and important to me. On my end I will NOT be able to see your card information ever. - Please message me if you’re running behind or know you’ll be late as I have clients directly after you. I appreciate it so much!
